NextGen Leaders Academy (NGLA) is the youth leadership development expression of RNF Network — equipping the next generation with the exposure, experiences, mentorship, and opportunities needed to lead confidently in school, career, community, and life.
Inspired by the belief that leadership is not a position but a responsibility, NGLA exists to help students discover their potential, expand their perspective, and prepare for the future through practical leadership development and real-world exposure.
Through leadership labs, career shadow days, mentorship opportunities, internships, speaking engagements, and transformational leadership experiences, we are helping young people gain the confidence, character, and competence needed to make a lasting impact in their generation.

Pastor Yemi Emmanuel Oludahunsi, affectionately known as P.Y., is a speaker, ministry leader, and community builder with a passion for helping people discover purpose, maximize their potential, and live a transformed and Kingdom-fulfilled life.
As the President and Founder of RNF Network International, a faith-based leadership and community development organization, and the visionary behind Philia Culture, P.Y. is committed to the renewing, reviving, and reigniting of leaders in faith, family, and community. Through leadership development, teaching, mentorship, and community-building initiatives, he helps people grow spiritually, lead effectively, and influence their generation with purpose.
Known for his practical, Spirit-led communication style, P.Y. speaks on faith, leadership, purpose, relationships, community, and personal transformation. Whether speaking at conferences, developing leaders, mentoring the next generation, strengthening families, or cultivating community, his mission remains the same:
To reveal Jesus, express His love, and advance His Kingdom.
Together with his wife, Pastor Loni Oludahunsi, he serves families, leaders, and communities through various initiatives including Philia Culture, My Darling Bride (MDB), Leaders In Ministry Alliance (LIMA), and NextGen Leadership Academy (NGLA).
When he's not teaching, speaking, or building community, you'll find him spending time with his wife and best friend, Loni, playing charades with their three beautiful children—Ella, Eddy, and Ellie—or hanging out with their golden doodle, Otis.
